A Justiça está há dez anos tentando definir o valor da indenização. Duas perícias já foram anuladas pelo juiz responsável pelo caso, o ministro do STJ Luis Felipe Salomão. O terceiro perito foi nomeado em fevereiro.
“O Itaú Unibanco apresentou no processo todas as informações disponíveis referentes ao relacionamento que manteve com a empresa durante o período em que contratou seus serviços. O banco esclarece, ainda, que os números informados pela empresa no referido processo não condizem com a realidade”, informou o banco, em nota à Folha, referindo-se aos valores em discussão.
