Neste ano, teve de amputar o dedo médio da mão direita, que foi atingido pelos disparos, perdeu os movimentos e teve complicações.
A perícia Polícia Técnico-Científica analisou a residência e também comprovou por laudos o relato do policial.
Como a autora dos disparos se matou, o Ministério Público (MP) pediu o arquivamento do caso, que foi investigado e concluído como tentativa de assassinato e suicídio pelo 1º Distrito Policial (DP) da cidade.
A Justiça arquivou o inquérito em 15 de junho de 2021. O caso estava sob sigilo judicial, mas foi parcialmente suspenso há alguns meses.
