Policiais militares do 27º BPM libertaram, na manhã desta quinta-feira (28), uma mulher e dois filhos que eram mantidos em cárcere privado em Guaratiba, na Zona Oeste do Rio, havia 17 anos, segundo a PM. O pai dos jovens e marido da mulher foi preso pelo crime.
As vítimas estavam em uma casa na Rua Leonel Rocha e os policiais chegaram ao local após uma denúncia anônima. Os jovens, de 19 e 22 anos, filhos da mulher e do suspeito de mantê-los em cárcere, estavam amarrados, sujos e subnutridos.
Além do horror de manter a mulher e dois filhos em cárcere privado por 17 anos, de acordo com a PM, Luiz Antônio Santos Silva, conhecido como DJ, que foi preso nesta quinta-feira (28), tinha outros ritos de crueldade.
Um deles tem relação com o seu apelido, DJ. Ele era conhecido assim na vizinhança da rua Leonel Rocha, no bairro da Foice, em Guaratiba, na Zona Oeste do Rio, por colocar o som muito alto.
Mas o que parecia ser um simples hábito, tinha na verdade a intenção de abafar os possíveis gritos de socorro da família.
“Aqui é difícil ouvir alguma coisa porque as crianças gritavam e ele botava o som bem alto. Tanto é que chamavam ele de DJ”, contou uma vizinha.
“A gente passava muitas vezes aqui e o som alto. Ele tinha uma aparelhagem de som muito grande aí dentro. Tipo assim, parece que para abafar a situação que estava acontecendo aí”, disse outro vizinho.
Os vizinhos contam ainda que às vezes ouviam choros vindos da casa, gente pedindo comida.
Adultos tinham de crianças
“Ele mantinha ela e as duas crianças em cárcere privado e é até emocionante estar falando. Vimos o estado que as duas crianças saíram daqui e mais uma semana, acho que não iria mais sobreviver”, contou a vizinha referindo-se a dois jovens de 19 e 22 anos, mas, que por causa da subnutrição, tinham aparência de crianças de 10 anos.
“Eu sabia que tinha 2 crianças aí, mas eu nunca vi essas duas crianças”, contou um outro vizinho.
A mãe e os filhos viviam em condições sub-humanas, amarrados e sem higiene.
Na manhã desta quinta-feira (28), depois de uma denúncia anônima, policiais militares foram até a casa checar a informação, mas tiveram que remover as vítimas para o Hospital Rocha Faria primeiro para se restabelecerem.
“A situação era estarrecedora”, disse o policial que prestou socorro.
A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde informou que a mulher e os filhos que estavam em cárcere privado apresentam quadro de desidratação e desnutrição grave e estão recebendo todos os cuidados clínicos necessários, além do acompanhamento dos serviços social e de saúde mental.
Caso já tinha sido denunciado
Moradores contaram ainda que denúncias foram feitas ao posto de saúde do bairro e ao Conselho Tutelar, mas que de nada adiantou. O caso está sendo investigado pela Delegacia da Mulher de Campo Grande.
A direção da Clínica da Família Alkindar Soares Pereira Filho, que informou que notificou a suspeita de maus-tratos em 2020 ao Conselho Tutelar da região.
O Conselho Tutelar de Guaratiba disse que acompanha o caso há dois anos, que chamou o Ministério Público e polícia, mas nada foi feito até então. O Ministério Público não se pronunciou.
O Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) foi acionado. A 43ª DP investiga o caso.
