Dois agentes ficaram feridos, segundo Polícia Militar na cidade de Comendador Levy Gasparian. A prisão foi ordenada pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, por xingamentos do ex-deputado e ex-presidente do PTB contra a também ministra do STF Cármen Lúcia.
O ex-deputado Roberto Jefferson atirou em policiais federais que foram cumprir o mandado de prisão determinado pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), no começo da tarde deste domingo (23), na cidade de Comendador Levy Gasparian, no interior do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. A informação foi confirmada por fontes da PF e pelo advogado de Jefferson, Luiz Gustavo Cunha. Jefferson é aliado do presidente da República e candidato à reeleição Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
De acordo com as primeiras informações, Roberto Jefferson resistiu à prisão. Pelo menos dois policiais foram feridos, sem gravidade.
Os feridos são o delegado Marcelo Vilella, que teria sido atingido na cabeça e na perna, e a policial Karina Lino de Miranda, de 31 anos. Ela foi ferida na cabeça. Os dois foram atendidos em um hospital da região e já tiveram alta.
Jefferson confirmou os disparos, mas diz que não foram direcionados aos agentes.
“Não atirei em ninguém para pegar. Atirei no carro e perto deles.”
Sem se identificar, um amigo de Jefferson, que está na casa dele, postou um vídeo dizendo que o ex-deputado não atirou em ninguém e nem vai atirar. Segundo o amigo, o ex-deputado apenas jogou um granada longe e os policiais se feriram com estilhaços.
Agentes do Batalhão de Operações Especiais (Bope) da Polícia Militar foram ao local para negociar uma rendição. Até a última atualização desta reportagem não havia confirmação da rendição.
Jefferson, investigado no inquérito que apura atividades de uma organização criminosa que teria agido para atentar contra o Estado Democrático de Direito, atualmente cumpre prisão domiciliar.
Uma das medidas que ele deveria cumprir na prisão domiciliar é não participar de redes sociais. Nos úlitmos dias, surgiu um vídeo em que o ex-deputado profere ofensas de baixo calão contra a ministra Cármen Lúcia, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), ao reclamar de decisão tomada por ela.
Bolsonaro e Lula se manifestam
Os dois candidatos à Presidência da República, Jair Bolsonaro (PL) e Luís Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), se manifestaram sobre o caso em suas redes sociais.
“Repudio as falas do Sr. Roberto Jefferson contra a Ministra Carmen Lúcia e sua ação armada contra agentes da PF, bem como a existência de inquéritos sem nenhum respaldo na Constituição e sem a atuação do MP”, postou Bolsonaro no .
Já Lula postou o seguinte:
“As ofensas contra a Cármen Lúcia não podem ser aceitas por ninguém que respeita a democracia. Criaram na sociedade uma parcela violenta. Uma máquina de destruição de valores democráticos. Isso gera o comportamento como o que vimos hoje.”
Em um evento em São Paulo, Lula voltou a se manifestar.
“O que esse cidadão fez com a ministra Cármen Lúcia não é possível de ser aceita por ninguém que ama a democracia. Ninguém tem o direito de utilizar os palavrões contra uma pessoa comum, muito menos contra uma ministra da Suprema Corte.”
