É verdadeira a informação de que Ludmila dos Santos Boldo Maluf, citada por servidor exonerado do TSE, é filha do sindicalista José Osmar Boldo, sócio-fundador da Bancoop, a cooperativa de bancários responsável pela construção do Edifício Solaris, onde fica o triplex atribuído a Lula pela Lava Jato.
Em depoimento à Polícia Federal, o servidor Alexandre Machado disse que foi exonerado após enviar para Ludmila, chefe de gabinete da Secretaria-Geral da Presidência, e-mail a respeito de inserções da propaganda eleitoral.
A funcionária do TSE também é casada com com Paulo José Leonesi Maluf; ex-chefe de gabinete do presidente do Tribunal, Alexandre de Moraes, desafeto do presidenteda República, Jair Bolsonaro.
Depois de mudar a primeira versão dada para a demissão, de que seria um remanejamento natural de vários servidores, em nota, o TSE disse ter exonerado Machado por “indicações reiteradas de assédio moral”, mas não apresentou provas, nem quantas ou quais são as vitimas do suposto assédio.
