Contrato com empresa envolvida em caixa 2 do próprio marido aumenta fervura contra Daniela que pagou mais de R$ 430 mil, nas eleições de 2018 e 2022, para a Lastro Indústria Gráficas
A ministra do Turismo, Daniela do Waguinho (União Brasil-RJ), contratou nas eleições de 2022 e nas de 2018 uma empresa que estaria envolvida em suposto caixa 2 do próprio marido dela, o prefeito de Belford Roxo, Waguinho (União Brasil).
Daniela pagou R$ 370,8 mil em 2018 e R$ 64,4 mil em 2022 à Lastro Indústrias Gráficas LTDA, do empresário João Morani Veiga. Os dados são do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE).
A Lastro é citada em denúncia do Ministério Público do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ) oferecida em dezembro de 2016 contra o prefeito Waguinho e seu então vice, Márcio Canella (União Brasil), por supostas irregularidades na arrecadação e gastos de recursos de campanha.
Segundo a Procuradoria, Waguinho e Canella teriam usado caixa 2 no pleito de 2016 para a aquisição de panfletos e revistas de campanhas.
O material foi apreendido antes mesmo da abertura das contas de campanha do prefeito e do vice, o que configurou o caixa 2. Apesar de citada, a Lastro não chegou a ser denunciada pelo MPRJ. O dono da empresa, contudo, confirmou ter produzido parte da propaganda.
“Os gastos não contabilizados são vultosos e capazes de influenciar a moralidade das eleições”, assinalou o Ministério Público.
Em março de 2018, a juíza eleitoral Elizabeth Saad acatou pedido do MPRJ e cassou os diplomas de prefeito e vice-prefeito de Waguinho e Canella, respectivamente. A sentença foi anulada, contudo, pelo desembargador Luiz Antonio Soares, que determinou a devolução dos autos ao 1º grau.
Já no último dia 10 de agosto, a juíza Ana Helena da Silva Rodrigues julgou extinto o proceso, sem resolução do mérito, uma vez que os mandatos de Waguinho e Canella para os quais foram eleitos em 2016 já haviam sido encerrados.
