Até o momento, segunda-feira (9), vinte e três senadores já assinaram o requerimento de abertura de uma Comissão Parlamentar de Inquérito (CPI) para investigar Atos Antidemocráticos apresentado pela senadora Soraya Thronicke (União-MS).

A investigação visa apurar a responsabilidade pela invasão das sedes dos Três Poderes em Brasília no domingo (8).
