São 161 armas entre fuzis, pistolas e espingardas; a carga estava escondida em fundo falso de dois caminhões
A abordagem ocorreu na madrugada desta quinta (19) na PR-323 em Iporã, no noroeste do Paraná. É a maior apreensão de armamento na história no estado, segundo a Polícia Rodoviária Estadual (PRE) que informou a apreensão de 161 armas entre fuzis, pistolas, espingardas, carregadores.
As armas e munições estavam escondidas em um fundo falso em dois caminhões flagrados durante as abordagens.
Dois motoristas foram presos em flagrante.
Segundo os agentes, a primeira abordagem ocorreu na base da PRE. Durante vistoria com ajuda de cães farejadores, no caminhão carregado com arroz e com placas do Paraguai, foi encontrado um fundo falso dentro da cabine do veículo com 93 armas, carregadores e fuzis.
A corporação pediu reforços para o Batalhão de Polícia de Fronteira (BPFRON) que realizaram uma varredura na região.
Pouco mais de 30 quilômetros, próximo a Perobal, também no noroeste do estado, os agentes abordaram um outro caminhão com as mesmas características do outro veículo. Dentro da cabine havia um fundo falso com 68 armas, carregadores e munições.
Conforme a corporação, foram apreendidos 161 armas:
- 125 pistolas;
- 2 revólveres;
- 24 espingardas de calibre GA 12;
- 10 fuzis de origem estrangeira;
- 115 Carregadores de fuzis e pistolas;
- Munições (em contagem)
Segundo a corporação, é a maior apreensão de armamento do tipo realizada no Paraná.
