Pedido de investigação feito por Deltan Dallagnol é sobre uso de R$ 1 milhão do fundo eleitoral de Daniela do Waguinho em “gráficas fantasmas”
O Ministério Público do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ) abriu nesta terça-feira (7) um processo de investigação criminal contra a ministra do Turismo, Daniela do Waguinho.
A medida foi tomada a partir de uma notícia-crime protocolada pelo deputado federal Deltan Dallagnol (Podemos-PR). Recém-empossado no cargo, ele liderou a força-tarefa da Lava Jato, quando era procurador da República no Paraná.
Dallagnol pede que o MP investigue denuncia do uso de mais de R$ 1 milhão do fundo eleitoral de Daniela em “gráficas fantasmas”, levantando a suspeita de desvio de verba pública.
Durante a campanha, Daniela do Waguinho gastou R$ 561 mil do fundo eleitoral na Rubra Editora Gráfica Ltda e R$ 530 mil na Printing Mídia Ltda. As duas empresas são de Filipe de Souza Pegado, ex-assessor no setor de contratos e convênios da Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Belford Roxo. Ele ocupou o cargo em 2021, quando Waguinho já era o prefeito.
As mesmas editoras também prestaram serviços à própria prefeitura, quando Daniela era secretária de Assistência Social e Cidadania do município. O Ministério Público do Rio de Janeiro tentou, inclusive, barrar a contratação da empresa, em razão desse conflito de interesses. Contudo, o Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro arquivou o processo.
