Polícia Federal enviou ao STF relatório dos celulares de Ibaneis Rocha. O governador do DF foi afastado do cargo
O site Metrópoles afirma que o relatório da Polícia Federal sobre os celulares do governador afastado do Distrito Federal, Ibaneis Rocha (MDB), aponta que o emedebista não foi conivente com as invasões das sedes dos Três Poderes e manteve contato durante o dia 8 de janeiro com autoridades locais e federais.
A PF conclui que, “pela análise da mídia disponível, considerando todo exposto, de forma cronológica, a investigação não revelou atos do governador Ibaneis em mudar planejamento, desfazer ordens de autoridades das forças de segurança, omitir informações a autoridades superiores do governo federal ou mesmo de impedir a repressão do avanço dos manifestantes durante os atos devandalismo e invasão”.
O documento da PF foi disponibilizado ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) nesta quinta-feira (9/2). O relatório, ao qual o Metrópoles teve acesso, aponta que Ibaneis fez e recebeu um total de 36 ligações telefônicas entre a véspera da invasão, em 7 de janeiro, e a data dos atos terroristas, no dia 8.
O ministro do STF Alexandre de Moraes afastou Ibaneis do cargo de governador no dia 8 de janeiro, após a invasão e depredação do Congresso Nacional, Palácio do Planalto e STF.
À época da decisão, Moraes afirmou que “absolutamente nada justifica a omissão e conivência do secretário de Segurança Pública e do governador do Distrito Federal com criminosos que, previamente, anunciaram que praticariam atos violentos contra os Poderes constituídos”.
Três dias depois, o STF manteve o afastamento de Ibaneis, por maioria dos votos.
