Três empresas, uma associação, um sindicato e 54 pessoas devem ser condenadas a pagar R$ 20,7 milhões como reparação
A Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU) pediu nesta segunda-feira (13) que a Justiça Federal em Brasília condene 54 pessoas, uma associação, um sindicato e três empresas a ressarcirem em R$ 20,7 milhões os cofres públicos pelo atos de vandalismo que depredaram as sedes dos Três Poderes no dia 8 de janeiro.
Segundo a AGU, a ação envolve pessoas que participaram e empresas que financiaram os atos criminosos.
O valor do prejuízo foi calculado a partir de dados apresentados pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Palácio do Planalto, Câmara dos Deputados e Senado Federal, alvos dos bolsonaristas radicais.
Esse é o primeiro pedido de condenação definitiva após investigação dos atos golpistas. Ao todo, a AGU já acionou 178 pessoas na Justiça.
Na ação, a AGU afirma que houve uma articulação prévia para convocação de atos não pacíficos e de tomada de poder.
Segundo a AGU, “num regime democrático, como no sistema brasileiro, contraria os costumes da democracia e a boa-fé a convocação e financiamento de um movimento ou manifestação com intento de tomada do poder, situação essa que evidencia a ilicitude do evento ocorrido”.
