O Banco Central anunciou nesta segunda-feira (27) que irá reabrir o Sistema de Valores a Receber (SVR), ferramenta que mostra o dinheiro “esquecido” pelos clientes em instituições financeiras, no dia 7 de março, às 10h.
Antes disso, o BC já disponibilizará a consulta para saber se há valores a receber no sistema financeiro nesta terça-feira (28). O SVR tem disponíveis cerca de R$ 6 bilhões em valores a receber para 38 milhões de CPFs e 2 milhões de CNPJs.
A consulta aos valores esquecidos estava suspensa desde abril do ano passado, assim como os saques. Será permitido o saque dos recursos também pelos herdeiros e representantes legais dos falecidos.
Além do retorno do SRV, o BC anunciou mudanças nas consultas e saques para os usuários. Veja:
- Inclusão de todos os tipos de valores previstos na norma do SVR, ampliando a possibilidade e o montante a receber.
- Compartilhamento e impressão das telas e protocolos de solicitação do SVR, inclusive pelo WhatsApp, facilitando o acesso e guarda das informações do sistema.
- Sala de espera virtual para manter o SVR aberto por prazo indeterminado, com acesso sem agendamento.
- Consulta a valores de pessoa falecida, com acesso para herdeiro, testamentário, inventariante ou representante legal, informando os dados de contato da instituição responsável pelo valor e a faixa de valor.
- Mais transparência para quem tem conta conjunta. Se um dos titulares solicitar o valor via SVR, o outro, ao entrar no sistema, conseguirá ver as informações da solicitação: valor, data e CPF de quem solicitou.
Banco alerta para não cair em golpes
O BC orienta a ignorar mensagens e, principalmente, não clicar em links enviados à você.
Esses links, informa a instituição, roubam senhas em redes sociais e podem instalar vírus e programas espiões no celular.
Informações oficiais sobre valores a receber e sobre a consulta ao sistema são divulgadas apenas no site do Banco Central e nas redes oficiais da instituição, e não por meio de aplicativos de mensagens ou SMS.
