Detentora de monopólio e gigante no mercado de combustível teve no quarto trimestre de 2022, lucro de R$ 43,341 bilhões, uma queda de 6% em relação aos três meses anteriores
A Petrobras informou nesta quarta-feira (1) que registrou lucro líquido de R$ 188,328 bilhões em 2022, o maior da história da empresa. O resultado ficou 76,6% acima dos R$ 106,668 bilhões reportados em 2021, até então o valor recorde.
O lucro anual da Petrobras também foi o maior da história entre empresas listadas na bolsa de valores brasileira, segundo levantamento realizado por Einar Rivero, do TradeMap. O segundo melhor resultado foi o da mineradora Vale, com lucro líquido de R$ 121,228 bilhões em 2021. Em terceiro lugar aparece novamente a petroleira, com o ganho de R$ 106,6 bilhões em 2021.
Em comunicado, o diretor financeiro e de relações com investidores da Petrobras, Rodrigo Araujo Alves, afirmou que a petroleira alcançou “recordes superlativos” após “diversas ações gerenciais relevantes tomadas ao longo dos últimos anos, uma vez que o preço do petróleo já esteve em patamares similares aos de 2022, sem que os mesmos resultados fossem observados”.
O lucro líquido recorde da Petrobras foi divulgado em meio a tentativas do governo federal de mudar as regras de distribuição de dividendos da empresa. O objetivo do Executivo é evitar altas elevadas de preços da estatal e garantir mais investimentos em transição energética.
As medidas têm sido discutidas pelo presidente Lula com ministros no Palácio do Planalto. As propostas, no entanto, foram mal recebidas pelo mercado, porque geram dúvidas sobre como será a política de distribuição de dividendos da estatal, o que pode afastar investidores em ações da petroleira.
No quarto trimestre de 2022, o lucro da Petrobras foi de R$ 43,341 bilhões, uma queda de 6% em relação aos três meses anteriores. Já em relação ao quarto trimestre de 2021, quando a petroleira registrou lucro de R$ 31,504 bilhões, a alta foi de 37,6%.
O lucro antes de juros, impostos, amortização e depreciação (Ebitda) ajustado da Petrobras totalizou R$ 340,482 bilhões em 2022, uma alta de 45% em relação aos R$ 234,576 bilhões registrados em 2021.
Já receita de vendas da empresa totalizou R$ 641,256 em 2022, frente a R$ 452,668 bilhões em 2021, um aumento de 41,7%.
A Petrobras também informou na noite desta quarta que seu conselho de administração aprovou, por maioria, a proposta de distribuição de dividendos equivalentes a R$ 2,7457 (brutos) por ação. A decisão foi divulgada em fato relevante, após reunião entre conselho e diretoria executiva da empresa.
Considerando o total de 13.044.201.261 ações da companhia no mercado de capitais, a soma dos dividendos a serem distribuídos chega a R$ 35,8 bilhões. A proposta de pagamento é referente aos resultados da petroleira em 2022.
De acordo com o comunicado, a aprovação do dividendo proposto “está alinhada à política de remuneração aos acionistas e é compatível com a sustentabilidade financeira da companhia no curto, médio e longo prazos”.
A aprovação ocorreu, no entanto, após o conselho da empresa propor a criação de uma reserva estatutária para reter até R$ 0,4980 por ação – montante que pode chegar a R$ 6,5 bilhões. A proposta será encaminhada à assembleia geral de acionistas, prevista para o dia 27 de abril.
