O CONAM, órgão ligado à Secretaria de Meio Ambiente do DF, aprovou nesta terça-feira (11), o projeto de parcelamento que cria o Setor Habitacional Jóquei Clube, durante reunião plenária no auditório da Fibra.
Foram 20 votos a favor e duas abstenções. O projeto agora será analisado pelo Conselho de Planejamento Territorial e Urbano do Distrito Federal (Conplan), em fase final de aprovação pelo poder público.
A previsão é que o órgão delibere sobre o novo bairro até junho. Se for aceito, tornará possível a licitação pública para a venda dos lotes que vão compor o setor.
A proposta em exame pelo poder público cria um bairro que ocupará 272 hectares na região que fica em frente a Vicente Pires, entre a Estrada Parque Taguatinga e Guará (EPTG) e a Estrutural. Poderá receber 55 mil habitantes, distribuídos em aproximadamente 16 mil unidades habitacionais.
O valor investido pela Ademi no projeto urbanístico doado ao GDF foi de R$ 1,6 milhão.
Ao governo local, caberá realizar a licitação pública e prover a infraestrutura e licenciamento ambiental. Serão oferecidos imóveis residenciais econômicos, de médio e alto padrões para atender os diversos perfis da população, assim como unidades comerciais para contemplar diversos segmentos econômicos.
“Foi dado mais um passo importante para tornar possível a criação do novo bairro, iniciativa que terá impacto positivo sobre a economia do Distrito Federal, oferecendo mais opções de moradia regular para a nossa população”, comentou o presidente da Associação de Empresas do Mercado Imobiliário do Distrito Federal (ADEMI DF), Eduardo Aroeira.
