Líderes parlamentares de Portugal pressionam governo do país após petista acusar União Europeia de incentivar a guerra na Ucrânia

Líder do partido português Iniciativa Liberal, o deputado Rui Rocha defendeu neste domingo (16) que o Parlamento do país “não pode receber um aliado de Putin como Lula no 25 de Abril”.

“A Assembleia da República que convidou Zelensky para discursar em 21 de abril de 2022 não pode receber um aliado de Putin como Lula no 25 de Abril. E o Presidente da República que atribuiu a Ordem da Liberdade a Zelensky não pode estar confortável com a presença de um aliado de Putin como Lula na AR no 25 de Abril”, escreveu Rui Rocha no Twitter.

Mais cedo, o vice-presidente do Partido Social Democrata (PSD), Paulo Rangel, pediu uma posição formal do governo português sobre as declarações de Lula em Pequim de que a União Europeia, a Otan e os Estados Unidos estão “incentivando” a guerra na Ucrânia.

O partido português Chega, de extrema direita, convocou uma manifestação em 25 de abril contra o presidente do Brasil. Em publicação nas redes sociais, a legenda de André Ventura divulgou uma chamada para o ato: “Lugar de ladrão é na prisão”.

Lula fará um discurso no Parlamento de Portugal, mas não na sessão principal. Após pressão de parlamentares da direita, ficou decidido que o petista participará de sessão solene que não fosse a principal. A expectativa é que ele discurse em 25 de abril.

No final de sua visita a Pequim, o petista afirmou que os EUA precisam parar “de incentivar a guerra e comecem a falar em paz”, para encaminhar um acordo entre a Rússia e a Ucrânia.

O presidente repetiu o tom da declaração neste domingo (16) ao dizer que os EUA e a União Europeia incentivam a guerra. Ele também disse que “a decisão da guerra foi tomada” pela Rússia e pela Ucrânia.

Jornais americanos como o Washington Post, Wall Street Journal e The New York Times também criticaram a postura de Lula após encontro com Xi Jinping para tratar da guerra na Ucrânia
