- Julgamento no plenário virtual começou nesta terça-feira (25) e termina no dia 2 de maio
O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) começou a julgar nesta terça-feira (25) mais 200 denúncias apresentadas pela Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) contra incitadores e executores dos atos golpistas do dia 8 de janeiro.
O relator do caso, o ministro Alexandre de Moraes, votou para tornar réus os investigados. O julgamento no plenário virtual começou nesta terça-feira e termina no dia 2 de maio.
Na segunda-feira (24), o STF concluiu o julgamento que transformou em réus outros 100 investigados por participarem dos atos golpistas. A denúncia também foi apresentada pela PGR.
Caso os ministros também acolham as denúncias do julgamento atual, os investigados viram réus, e o processo terá seguimento com a fase de coleta de provas, com depoimentos das testemunhas de defesa e acusação, além de interrogatórios dos réus. Não há prazo para o STF julgar se eles serão condenados ou absolvidos.
Desta leva, 100 denúncias são do inquérito que investiga os executores dos ataques. Neste caso, são julgados crimes como associação criminosa armada, abolição violenta do estado democrático de direito, golpe de estado e deterioração de patrimônio tombado.
No outro inquérito, são investigados autores intelectuais e pessoas que incitaram o vandalismo. Esses denunciados podem responder por incitação ao crime e associação criminosa.
Em seus votos, o ministro Alexandre de Moraes afirmou que as condutas são gravíssimas.
“Por intermédio de uma estável e permanente estrutura montada em frente ao Quartel General do Exército Brasileiro sediado na capital do País, aos desideratos criminosos dos outros coautores, no intuito de modificar abruptamente o regime vigente e o ESTADO DE DIREITO, a insuflar “as Forças Armadas à tomada do poder” e a população, à subversão da ordem política e social, gerando, ainda, animosidades entre as Forças Armadas e as instituições republicana”, escreveu Moraes.
