Ministro de Portos e Aeroportos disse que rotas são “compromisso” das empresas aéreas e que medida não tem “conteúdo ideológico”
O ministro de Portos e Aeroportos, Márcio França, anunciou nesta quarta-feira (26) que o Brasil deve voltar a ter, ainda neste ano, voos diretos para Havana, a capital de Cuba, e Caracas, a capital da Venezuela.
França participou hoje de audiência nas comissões de Turismo e de Viação e Transportes na Câmara. Segundo ele, a volta das rotas é um pedido de Lula às companhias aéreas brasileiras.
Durante a audiência, depois de uma manifestação de Washington Quaquá, França comentou que o deputado petista do Rio estava indo para Cuba e pediu que ele avisasse “aos nossos companheiros” que os voos diretos Brasil-Havana e Brasil-Caracas retornariam. O ministério não deu prazo para a volta dos voos nem informou há quanto tempo as rotas deixaram de existir.
“O presidente Lula pediu para que as empresas pudessem voltar a voar para América Central, Caribe e África. Então as empresas estão se organizando e [teremos], possivelmente no segundo semestre, mais três voos para a África: um para a África do Sul e dois mais pra cima, na África mais ao norte”, declarou o ministro.
França acrescentou que os países citados podem, eventualmente, “comprar os nossos produtos industrializados” e que a notícia “não tem um conteúdo ideológico, embora as pessoas queiram dar”.
