Polícia já prendeu a mãe da criança por omissão e suspeita de participação nos atos de tortura
A Polícia Civil do Piauí procura Adriano Lima Bispo, de 28 anos, acusado de filmar a tortura da enteada de 3 anos. O vídeo com parte da tortura causou comoção e revolta na cidade de Simplício Mendes.
A gravação foi feita pelo próprio criminoso. No vídeo, ele agride a criança com socos na cabeça enquanto ela está deitada. Ele ordena, ainda, que a criança não chore.
A polícia teve conhecimento das agressões depois que uma tia da criança, ao ver o vídeo da violência que correu na Internet e nas redes sociais, apresentou denúncia ao Conselho Tutelar.
De acordo com as investigações, mais duas crianças de 10 e 11 anos, além de um adolescente de 16, também seriam vítimas da violência de Bispo.
A mãe das crianças, que não teve a identidade revelada, também foi presa sob a acusação de que compactuava com os atos de tortura. Segundo a polícia, ela deverá ser enquadrada pelo crime de omissão.
