A Corregedoria da Câmara dos Deputados notificou o deputado federal Deltan Dallagnol (Podemos-PR) sobre a cassação do registro de candidatura dele por meio da edição do Diário Oficial da União desta terça-feira (23). O ex-procurador da República tem cinco dias para apresentar a defesa.
A notificação foi publicada no Diário Oficial após a Corregedoria não conseguir encontrar o deputado federal de forma presencial. Ao todo, foram três tentativas de notificar Dallagnol sem sucesso.
O deputado teve o registro de candidatura indeferido pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) após a Corte decidir que ele tentou burlar a Lei da Ficha Limpa parra concorrer nas eleições de 2022. Dallagnol disse que vai recorrer da decisão no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
Com o registro indeferido pelo TSE, a Câmara iniciou o processo para declarar a perda de mandato do ex-procurador. O prazo para que ele possa apresentar defesa no processo começa no dia útil seguinte à notificação.
Após o término do procedimento, o processo é encaminhado para Mesa Diretora da Câmara que, segundo a Constituição, é o órgão responsável por declarar a perda do mandato.
Se a Mesa confirmar a decisão do TSE, o deputado Itamar Paim (PL) pode assumir o cargo.
Dallagnol teve o registro de candidatura cassado em decisão unânime e relâmpago, com todos os votos dados em menos de dois minutos.
Os ministros do TSE seguiram o relator, ministro Benedito Gonçalves, que já foi alvo da Operação Lava Jato por suspeita de ligação com um dos empreiteiros presos pela força-tarefa coordenada pelo parlamentar quando atuava como procurador da República.

Os ministros do TSE entenderam que ele pediu para deixar o cargo com a intenção de burlar a Lei de Inelegibilidade e a Lei da Ficha Limpa.
As normas não permitem candidatura de quem deixa o Judiciário ou o Ministério Público para escapar da pena. No caso, Dallagnol nao não havia nenhum PAD instaurado, quando ele pediu demissão.
