A Polícia Federal cumpre, nesta sexta-feira (2), mandados de busca e apreensão expedidos pela 1ª Vara Federal da Subseção Judiciária de Linhares (ES) contra integrantes de grupo neonazista constituído em aplicativo de mensagens.
Em 25 de novembro de 2022, um menor de idade invadiu duas escolas no município de Aracruz (ES) e realizou disparos com arma de fogo, levando à morte de quatro pessoas e ferindo outras 13.
A partir da imediata atuação da Polícia Civil do Estado do Espírito Santo, o menor foi apreendido, e a investigação foi compartilhada mediante autorização judicial com a Polícia Federal.
Verificou-se que o menor infrator participava de grupo de chat e canal de aplicativo de mensagem cujos integrantes compartilhavam material de Extremismo Violento Ideologicamente Motivado (EVIM) com divulgação de tutoriais de assassinato, vídeos de mortes violentas, de fabricação de artefatos explosivos, de promoção de ódio a minorias e ideais neonazistas, o que pode ter induzido o menor a cometer os assassinatos em massa.
A investigação demonstrou que os arquivos de conteúdo de extremismo violento encontrados no celular do menor foram baixados do canal do aplicativo que ele participava. Ademais, o uso da cruz suástica na vestimenta do menor no momento do ataque demonstra a influência de ideologia neonazista recebida pelo grupo de aplicativo, reforçando a tese de que o atentado foi cometido por razões de intolerância a raça, cor e religião com o fim de provocar terror social, o que configura o crime de terrorismo.
Apesar da baixa cooperação da empresa do aplicativo de mensagens em fornecer os dados necessários para a identificação dos participantes do grupo, a Polícia Federal identificou dois integrantes que interagiam ativamente com postagens com teor racista e antissionista, os quais são investigados pela prática de corrupção de menor de 18 anos ao induzi-lo a cometer atos terroristas e homicídio qualificado, mediante o compartilhamento de material antissemita, racista e de extremismo violento.
As medidas foram cumpridas na cidade de São Paulo (SP) e Petrolina (PE). Se somadas, as penas máximas dos crimes investigados atingem 72 anos de reclusão, lembrando que tanto o crime de terrorismo quanto o de homicídio qualificado são considerados hediondos pela legislação.
