Vice-governadora do DF se reunirá com líderes de partidos para evitar inclusão do Fundo no limite do arcabouço fiscal
A vice-governadora do Distrito Federal, Celina Leão (PP), disse que acredita no “bom senso” e “na sensibilidade” do relator do novo marco fiscal na Câmara dos Deputados, Cláudio Cajado (PP-BA), em relação ao Fundo Constituciona do DF (FCDF).
Celina deu a declaração o site Metrópoles, nesta quarta-feira (5), após Cajado se manifestar a favor da inclusão do FCDF no limite de crescimento imposto pelo arcabouço fiscal.
Celina, que é do mesmo partido de Cajado, disse, segundo o site, que irá se reunir com líderes partidários para salvar o FCDF. “Nós vamos ter uma reunião com os líderes na qual iremos colocar toda a diferença do fundo. Acredito no bom senso, na sensibilidade dele [do relator] e na força do Progressistas”, declarou.
O Fundo Constitucional é reajustado, anualmente, conforme a receita corrente líquida (RCL) da União. Com a proposta de Cajado, o FCDF terá limite de crescimento de até 2,5% ao ano, mais a inflação. Segundo os cálculos do GDF, essa mudança pode levar à perda de R$ 87,7 bilhões em 10 anos.
A Câmara aprovou o relatório de Cajado com o limite do FCDF, entre outras medidas, mas o Senado reverteu e retirou o Fundo Constitucional. Agora, o novo marco fiscal voltará para análise dos deputados federais, a quem caberá a última palavra do Congresso sobre o tema.
