Acusados de agressões por Alexandre de Moraes e familiares estão sendo visitados por ordem da presidente do STF, Rosa Weber
Polícia Federal (PF) cumpre mandados de busca e apreensão nas casas de suspeitos de agredirem e xingarem o ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), e familiares no Aeroporto Internacional de Roma, na Itália, na semana passada. Os mandados foram expedidos pela presidente do STF, ministra Rosa Weber, e são referentes ao empresário Roberto Mantovani Filho, de 71 anos, e a esposa dele, Andréa Munarão, e o empresário Alexandre Zanatta.
De acordo com a PF, Moraes estava na Itália para palestrar no Fórum Internacional de Direito, na Universidade de Siena, quando a família do ministro foi abordada por uma mulher identificada como Andréa, que xingou o magistrado de “bandido, comunista e comprado” e depois iniciou-se uma confusão, que culminou, inclusive, em agressão ao filho de Moraes.
Em depoimento prestado à Polícia Federal (PF), nesta terça-feira (18/7), o empresário Roberto Mantovani negou ter agredido o ministro Alexandre de Moraes durante uma confusão no aeroporto, na última sexta-feira (14).
Em quase duas horas de depoimento na delegacia da PF em Piracicaba, no interior de São Paulo, Mantovani afirmou que houve um “entrevero” com o filho do ministro, que teria feito “ofensas bastante pesadas” à sua esposa no aeroporto, segundo o advogado de defesa.
“Ele nega ter havido um empurrão. Ele diz que, em razão de ofensas que eram proferidas à sua esposa, ele afastou essa pessoa (filho de Moraes), que ele sequer sabia quem era. Mas era uma pessoa que fazia ofensas bastantes pesadas, muito desrespeitosas, à sua mulher”, disse o advogado Ralph Tórtima.
A esposa de Mantovani, Andréa Munarão, é apontada como a autora de ofensas ao ministro Alexandre de Moraes no aeroporto de Roma. Em relato feito pelo magistrado à PF, ela o xingou de “bandido, comunista e comprado”, o que teria dado início à confusão.
A defesa nega que Andréa seja a autora das ofensas. Ela ainda vai prestar depoimento nesta terça-feira. Segundo relato feito à PF no dia da ocorrência, Mantovani teria agredido fisicamente o filho do ministro com um tapa no rosto, o que ele também negou.
Os registros em vídeos foram solicitados pela PF à segurança do aeroporto de Roma, via canais de cooperação internacional. A expectativa é que o material sirva para eliminar o conflito dos depoimentos dados pelos envolvidos na situação.
Caso a versão de Moraes seja confirmada pelas imagens, os três possíveis agressores podem ser indiciados por crimes contra a honra, agressão.
