Operação “Usuário Bloqueado” cumpre 30 mandados de busca e apreensão em três estados e no Distrito Federal
A Polícia Federal deflagrou nesta sexta-feira (28) uma operação contra fraudes bancárias eletrônicas responsáveis pelo desvio de 2,5 milhões de reais entre janeiro de 2021 e março de 2022, com participação de funcionários da Caixa Econômica Federal.
Segundo a PF, as investigações começaram após o recebimento de informações da Caixa sobre “indícios de fraudes praticadas por meio da alteração nas credenciais de acesso ao sistema realizadas por empregados do banco”.
As alterações permitiam que o grupo criminoso transferisse valores para contas bancárias de terceiros integrantes da organização. Até o momento, foram identificados 842 registros de ocorrência ilícita formalizados por clientes do banco.
Nas primeiras horas da operação, foram efetuadas três prisões em flagrante: duas por posse ilegal de arma de fogo e uma por posse de droga. Também foram apreendidos 33 mil reais em espécie e cinco veículos.
