Saulo Moura da Cunha, ex-diretor-adjunto da Agência Brasileira de Inteligência (Abin), disse em depoimento nesta terça-feira (1°) que, por determinação do ex-ministro do Gabinete de Segurança Institucional (GSI), General Gonçalves Dias, o seu nome foi excluído de uma planilha que documentava os alertas emitidos pela agência na véspera dos ataques terroristas de 8 de janeiro.
Cunha relata que as advertências foram enviadas do seu celular particular para Gonçalves Dias, no entanto, por solicitação do general, essas informações foram eliminadas da planilha da Abin. O ex-diretor justificou essa ação alegando que o comandante do GSI tinha autoridade para ajustar as informações e descartou que tenha seguido uma ordem ilícita.
“Eu entreguei essa planilha para o ministro, e o ministro determinou que fosse retirado o nome dele dali. Ele determinou, eu obedeci a ordem”, afirmou Cunha durante a sessão da Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) que investiga os eventos de 8 de janeiro. Cunha acrescentou que a primeira versão da planilha, que continha os alertas encaminhados a G. Dias, foi mantida em arquivo pela Abin.
A planilha, de acordo com Cunha, continha 33 alertas enviados pela Abin entre os dias 2 e 8 de janeiro, e alguns deles foram enviados diretamente para o ex-chefe do GSI. Quando confrontado pela senadora Eliziane Gama (PSD-MA), relatora da CPMI, sobre a possibilidade de ter concordado com uma determinação ilegal, Cunha negou.
“A ordem não é ilegal, ele [G. Dias] é quem determina quais informações devem ser incluídas. Da parte da Abin, não houve nenhuma iniciativa de esconder informações”, declarou Cunha. Vale lembrar que naquela época, a Abin estava sob a supervisão do GSI. Em março deste ano, o presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) transferiu a responsabilidade da Abin para a Casa Civil.
