CPI deu prazo para ministro da Justiça enviar imagens internas do Ministério no dia dos ataques e ameaçou adotar medidas coercitivas
O ministro da Justiça e Segurança Pública, Flávio Dino disse à CPI Mista dos Atos Golpistas que é “impossível” enviar, sem autorização da Justiça, as imagens internas gravadas no Palácio da Justiça na data dos atos golpistas de 8 de janeiro, investigados pela comissão.
Segundo o ministro, o envio das imagens aos parlamentares poderia “resultar no descumprimento de decisão do Supremo Tribunal Federal e comprometer investigações, gerando possível responsabilização” de Dino.
O ministro informou ainda à CPI, em ofício, que solicitou autorização do STF para compartilhar as imagens.
Na semana passada, o presidente da comissão, deputado Arthur Maia (União-BA), deu prazo de 48 horas para que Dino enviasse as gravações, alvo de requerimento da CPI. Segundo o parlamentar, em caso de descumprimento, “medidas coercitivas” poderiam ser adotadas para obter as imagens.
Segundo Maia, o Ministério da Justiça tinha informado à comissão que os vídeos não podem ser cedidos porque constam como provas de um inquérito que tramita em sigilo no STF.
À ocasião, Arthur Maia disse que considera Dino um quadro da mais alta “significância” no país, mas alegou que autorizá-lo a não responder ao requerimento abriria um precedente a todos os alvos de pedidos da CPI.
“Até pela obrigação que eu tenho, como presidente deste colegiado, de manter a integridade, a autoridade deste colegiado, eu não posso aceitar que as partes que sejam objeto de determinado requerimento simplesmente tenham o direito de dizer: ‘Eu não vou atender'”, disse.
A posição do presidente causou embate entre parlamentares governistas, que defenderam a posição de Dino, e integrantes da oposição, que acusaram o ministro de possível crime de responsabilidade e desobediência.
