Novo PAC do governo federal também pretende gerar emprego e renda em todo o país
O novo Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC) do Governo Federal deve investir um total de R$ 47,8 bilhões em obras no Distrito Federal, nas áreas de rodovias, ferrovias, inovação e pesquisa, cultura, educação, mobilidade e moradia.
intervenções como a expansão do metrô de Ceilândia, a construção do BRT Norte , que deve ligar o Plano Piloto e Planaltina, e a duplicação da BR-080 estão no programa do GDF que conta com as verbas do PAC anunciado pelo presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), nesta semana.
Segundo o cronograma, cada setor da capital vai receber do governo federal na nova etapa do PAC:
- Inclusão digital e conectividade: repassados R$ 200 milhões para o DF. O intuito é levar internet de alta velocidade às escolas públicas e unidades de saúde, além de expandir o 5G e levar a rede 4G para rodovias e regiões remotas;
- Educação, ciência e tecnologia: serão investidos R$ 16,9 bilhões para a construção de creches, escolas de tempo integral e modernização e expansão de institutos e da universidade federal. O intuito é impulsionar a permanência dos estudantes nas escolas, a alfabetização na idade certa e a produção científica;
- Infraestrutura social e inclusiva: aposte de R$ 300 milhões no DF. O investimento será para garantir o acesso da população a espaços de cultura, esporte e lazer, buscando a redução da violência;
- Cidades sustentáveis e resilientes: setor contará com incentivo de R$ 13,8 bilhões e tem como objetivo auxiliar a adaptação das mudanças climáticas e oferecer melhor qualidade de vida para a população. Além disso, o Novo PAC irá investir na modernização da mobilidade urbana de forma sustentável em esgotamento sanitário, gestão de resíduos sólidos e combate a enchentes;
- Água: com repasse de R$ 4,4 milhões, o eixo água pretende garantir água de qualidade e em quantidade suficiente para a população local, chegando às áreas mais remotas da região. Serão investimentos na área de recursos hídricos e revitalização das bacias hidrográficas, em ações integradas de preservação, conservação e recuperação;
- Rodovias, ferrovias e no aeroporto: serão R$ 8,9 bilhões em investimentos nas rodovias, ferrovias e no aeroporto para garantir transporte eficiente e sustentável para os moradores do DF;
- Inovação para a indústria da defesa: a área terá R$ 3,3 milhões no DF para equipar a região com tecnologias de ponta e aumento da capacidade de defesa nacional.
O BRT Norte vai ligar o Plano Piloto até Planaltina com linhas rápidas de ônibus. O repasse é de R$ 1,5 bilhão e a construção está a cargo do Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem do Distrito Federal (DER-DF). A obra será dividida em duas etapas, sendo a primeira com a construção de estações e terminais e depois o corredor de ônibus que vai ligar o Plano Piloto até Planaltina.
