Comissão agora tem acesso a material obtido em quatro investigações relativas aos atos de vandalismo e do inquérito das milícias digitais
Fontes da Comissão Paralentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) revelaram nesta segunda-feira (21), que o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal, Alexandre de Moraes autorizou que a CPMI dos atos e omissões do dia 8 de janeiro tenha acesso a elementos de investigação de cinco inquéritos em tramitação na Corte. Quatro deles são relativos aos atos de 8 de janeiro e um inquérito é o que investiga a organização e funcionamento de uma suposta milícia digital, voltada a ataques à democracia.
Segundo Alexandre de Moraes, o compartilhamento de dados não poderá atingir diligências em andamento, “em face da possibilidade de prejuízo as investigações”.
A CPI Mista recebeu a comunicação do ministro, na semana passada, no dia 17 de agosto. O compartilhamento atende a pelo menos 14 requerimentos aprovados pela comissão.
Quanto a nove procedimentos de investigação em andamento na Corte, o ministro informou que a presidência da comissão deve indicar a relação de conexão entre o que é apurado no tribunal e os trabalhos da CPI Mista, “para que seja analisada a possibilidade de compartilhamento”. Neste grupo estão o inquérito das fake news e sete apurações relativas aos atos de oito de janeiro. Parte deles está em sigilo.
Moraes também informou que o colegiado poderá ter acesso a laudos e análises da perícia já realizados pela Polícia Federal “sobre as gravações ou imagens de câmeras das sedes dos Três Poderes e dos prédios públicos invadidos, bem como sobre as gravações e imagens colhidas dos celulares dos manifestantes ou realizadas por terceiros na Praça dos Três Poderes, no dia 8 de janeiro de 2023”. Este material já faz parte das investigações sobre o 8 de janeiro, que são supervisionadas pelo STF.
