Empresário solto pelo STF por descumpriu medida cautelar ao gravar vídeo teve prisão decretada por Alexandre de Moraes
O empresário Marcos Soares Moreira, que havia sido preso no início do ano, acusado de envolvimento nos ataques aos prédios dos Três Poderes no dia 8 de janeiro e solto em maio, com medidas cautelares, impostas pelo ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes foi preso novamente nesta sexta-feira (22), no Espírito Santo.
Moreira respondia em liberdade a acusação de incitar atos golpistas, mas gravou vídeos no TikTok, xingando os ministros do STF, citando nominalmente Alexandre de Moraes e Rosa Weber.
Nos vídeos, Marcos, que estava proibido por medidas cautelares de usar redes sociais, desafia o STF a prendê-lo novamente.
“Para mim é indiferente estar aqui ou lá dentro. Mas eu jamais vou me curvar a vocês, bandidos, que têm o poder da caneta na mão, porém são bandidos. Alexandre de Moraes, Rosa Weber, todos vocês aí, são bandidos, vagabundos”, disse Moreira em um dos vídeos.
Com a publicação do vídeo, o ministro Alexandre de Moraes determinou a prisão de Marcos Moreira e argumentou que o empresário teria demonstrado desprezo pela Justiça.
“Mesmo ciente dessa proibição [de uso das redes sociais] e demonstrando total desprezo pela Justiça, o denunciado publicou dois vídeos na rede social TikTok, nos quais ataca esta corte e profere diversas ofensas à honra dos ministros que a integram”, escreveu Moraes na decisão.
“Nesse contexto, a notícia de que o acusado descumpriu a medida cautelar a ele imposta por ocasião da concessão de liberdade provisória constitui motivo suficiente para a decretação da prisão”, acrescentou o ministro.
