Um vídeo que circula na Internet mostra o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes xingando um dos envolvidos no incidente no aeroporto de Roma.
Em julho, o advogado do trio de brasileiros acusado de hostilizar o ministro do STF no Aeroporto Internacional de Roma, na Itália, Ralph Tórtima Stettinger Filho, disse que o magistrado teria chamado um dos suspeitos de “bandido” durante o episódio que seu deu no dia 14 de julho. Tórtima afirmou na época que a suposta ofensa teria sido feita por Moraes contra Alexandre Zanatta. Zanata é genro de Roberto Mantovani Filho, que também estava presente na ocasião. Segundo o advogado, o momento foi gravado.
“O ministro Alexandre de Moraes sai de dentro do interior da sala VIP, vem até o seu filho, coloca as mãos nos seus ombros e o conduz para dentro dessa sala. Nessa oportunidade em que o ministro sai, ele tira algumas fotografias, nesse mesmo instante, ele faz menção de que eles seriam responsabilizados de alguma forma por isso. O genro pega o celular, faz uma filmagem disso, indaga se ele estaria os ameaçando. Ele diz uma ofensa a essa pessoa e retorna para a sala e, aí, se encerra na Itália”, disse. O advogado dos acusados disse que o conflito se deu porque Andreia Mantovani, mulher de Roberto ficou indignada porque Moraes e sua família tiveram preferência para entrar na sala vip do aeroporto.
Segundo o advogado, antes de Alexandre de Moraes xingar o genro da mulher, o filho do ministro teria xingado Andreia “com ofensas pesadas, muito desrespeitosas a uma mulher” e, nesse momento, seu marido teria afastado o filho do ministro do Supremo.
Os cinco depoimentos prestados por Alexandre de Moraes e familiares à Polícia Federal afirmam que as ofensas e agressões sofridas pela família no Aeroporto Internacional de Roma, tiveram motivação política.
Nos depoimentos, Moraes, a mulher e os três filhos dizem que os agressores tinham a intenção de “constranger” o ministro. De acordo com Moraes e família, a mulher identificada como Andréa Munarão abordou o ministro enquanto ele se credenciava para acessar uma sala VIP e começou a chamá-lo de “comunista”, “bandido” e “comprado”.
Roberto e Andréia disseram que o tumulto com a família de Moraes não foi motivado por uma “conotação política”, e sim devido a um desentendimento sobre o ingresso na sala VIP do aeroporto italiano. Os suspeitos afirmaram que o filho de Moraes “os desrespeitaram com ofensas extremamente pesadas”, que só terminaram após o ministro do STF intervir e afastar o filho da discussão.
Ao prorrogar as investigações sobre o incidente envolvendo Alexandre de Moraes no Aeroporto Internacional de Roma, o ministro Dias Toffoli, do STF, levantou, nesta quarta-feira, 4, o sigilo das apurações, tornando públicos todos os documentos que constam do inquérito, menos, exatamente o vídeo das câmeras de segurança do aeroporto Fiumicino, que seguem sob sigilo.
