Pipoca, como era conhecido o membro da Academia Maranhense de Letras, lutva contra um câncer
Faleceu no início da tarde deste domingo (8) em Brasília (DF), onde lutava contra um câncer de estômago, o jornalista Antônio Carlos Lima, o “Pipoca”, como era conhecido, aos 66 anos.
Membro da Academia Maranhense de Letras (AML), Antônio Carlos foi secretário de Comunicação nos governos de Edison Lobão e Roseana Sarney.
Pipoca também foi diretor de Redação do extinto jornal O estado do Maranhão, por cerca de 10 anos, na década de 80.
Irmão do jornalista, o empresário Félix Lima, proprietário da Clara Comunicação, e que se encontra em Brasília, disse que está sendo providenciado o traslado do corpo para São Luís no Maranhão.
O velório acontecerá na Academia Maranhense de Letras.
