Ministro do STF propôs penas que variam de 3 a 17 anos de prisão
O ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes votou pela condenação do quarto bloco de réus pelos ataques considerados antidemocráticos do 8 de Janeiro.
O quarto bloco, tem oito réus julgados pelo caso no STF, e são das regiões Centro-Oeste, Sudeste e Sul do país. Sendo eles: Raquel de Souza Lopes, Felipe Feres Nassau, Cibele da Piedade Ribeiro da Costa Mateos, Charles Rodrigues dos Santos, Orlando Ribeiro Júnior, Gilberto Ackermann, Fernando Placido Feitosa e Fernando Kevin da Silva de Oliveira Marinho.
Os acusados respondem pelos crimes de abolição violenta do Estado Democrático de Direito, golpe de Estado, associação criminosa armada, dano qualificado e deterioração de patrimônio tombado. Todos os réus desta quarta leva teriam atuado na depredação do Palácio do Planalto, com um deles tendo sido preso dentro do prédio pela Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF).
Moraes votou em sessão realizada por meio de plenário virtual, nesta sexta-feira (13). Ele também é relator do caso, e propôs penas de 3 a 17 anos de prisão.
Moraes também pede a condenação para pagamento de R$ 30 milhões, por danos morais coletivos. Os réus são julgados pela invasão e depredação as sedes dos Três Poderes, e a análise dos casos está prevista para se encerrar no dia 23 deste mês.

- Cibele da Piedade Ribeiro da Costa Mateos
De São Paulo (SP). Teria praticado vandalismo no Planalto, assim como o restante dos réus deste julgamento. A pena proposta para Cibele é de 17 anos.
- Charles Rodrigues dos Santos
Mora na cidade de Serra, em Espírito Santo. Teria feito parte do grupo que invadiu o Planalto, assim como o restante dos réus deste julgamento. A pena proposta para Charles é de 14 anos.
- Orlando Ribeiro Júnior
Morador de Londrina, no Paraná. Teria feito parte do grupo que invadiu o Planalto, assim como o restante dos réus deste julgamento. A pena proposta por Moraes para Orlando é de 3 anos.
- Gilberto Ackermann
Mora na cidade de Balneário Camboriu, em Santa Catarina. Acusado de destruir o Palácio do Planalto. A pena proposta para Gilberto é de 17 anos.
- Fernando Placido Feitosa
De São Paulo (SP). Acusado de destruir o Palácio do Planalto, chegou a ser preso em flagrante pela Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF). A pena proposta para Fernando é de 17 anos.
- Fernando Kevin da Silva de Oliveira Marinho
Morador de Nova Iguaçu, no Rio de Janeiro. Teria feito parte do grupo que invadiu o Planalto, assim como o restante dos réus deste julgamento. A pena proposta por Moraes para Fernando é de 17 anos.
