O ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro foi condenado por dano moral coletivo, por uma série de ataques feitos a jornalistas ao longo de seu mandato.
A ação foi movida pelo Sindicato dos Jornalistas do Estado de São Paulo em abril de 2021.
A entidade listou 175 ataques feitos por Bolsonaro em 2020.

Bolsonaro usou um jogo de palavras para acusar a jornalista de se insinuar sexualmente para uma fonte e disse que a profissional “queria dar o furo a qualquer preço contra mim”.
Outra agressão mencionada ocorreu no dia 23 de agosto de 2020 durante um deslocamento em Brasília.
Uma repórter perguntou ao então presidente sobre um cheque que teria sido depositado na conta de Michelle Bolsonaro por Fabrício Queiroz. Na resposta, Bolsonaro ameaçou a jornalista.
“Minha vontade é encher tua boca com uma porrada.”, afirmou o então presidente.
O Sindicato dos Jornalistas disse que Bolsonaro incentivou seus apoiadores a também atacarem a imprensa.
O ex-presidente terá que pagar uma indenização de R$ 50 mil, que será doada ao Instituto Vladmir Erzog.
