Arthur Lira Filho negocia verbas de publicidade com o banco, agora comandado por indicado do pai

No governo do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), Arthur Lira (PP-AL), cacique do chamado Centrão e presidente da Câmara dos Deputados  já via seu filho ganhar um bom dinheiro em negócios envolvendo a Caixa Econômica. O enredo passa por Maria Cavalcante que é a dona  de uma fornecedora da Caixa Econômica Federal, a Rocket Digital e é filha do ex-assessor de Arthur Lira, Luciano Cavalcante que foi alvo de uma operação da Polícia Federal suspensa pelo ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Gilmar Mendes.

A Rocket Digital é cliente da empresa Omnia 360 do filho do presidente da Câmara, Arthur Lira Filho, um jovem de apenas 23 anos, que fatura alto e negocia verbas de publicidade com o banco. A Omnia, segundo o jornal Folha de São Paulo “ganha uma comissão dos veículos que representa, quando essas empresas exibem anúncios, por exemplo, em outdoors ou na internet”.

Uma reportagem publicada pela Folha, cita outros dois veículos, OPL Dikgital e RZK Digital, como clientes da Omnia, informando que eles atuaram na publicidade do banco em 2022 e 2023.

“A empresa do filho de Lira representa e acompanha os veículos clientes em reuniões. A Caixa registra 26 entradas de sócios da Omnia no banco entre 2021 e 2022, sendo quatro delas de Lira Filho”, diz o jornal. “Os dados foram repassados pela Caixa à Folha após pedido baseado na LAI (Lei de Acesso à Informação).”

Agora com a caixa sob o comando de Carlos Antônio Vieira Fernandes, indicado por Arthur pai, o garoto prodígio poderá manter seus negócios com mais tranquilidade, já que o presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) demitiu Rita Serrano para justamente, atender ao Centrão.

A Polícia Federal (PF) apreendeu durante uma operação em junho deste ano, na casa de Luciano Cavalcante, então assessor de Arthur Lira pai, um cofre com diversos maços de dinheiro em investigação de um grupo suspeito de fraude em licitações e lavagem de dinheiro em Alagoas por meio da compra de equipamentos de robótica. Segundo os agentes, a fraude Alagoas pode ter gerado um prejuízo de até R$ 8 milhões.

O ministro Gilmar Mendes, anulou em agosto deste ano, as provas obtidas na Operação Hefesto, sobre as pessoas ligadas ao presidente da Câmara dos Deputados.

O ministro atendeu ao parecer pela anulação elaborado pela Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR). Em parecer enviado ao Supremo, a procuradoria afirmou que, devido ao foro privilegiado, o caso deveria ter tramitado na Corte desde o início das investigações, quando documentos apreendidos com um ex-assessor de Lira indicavam supostas citações ao nome do presidente da Câmara.
