Na prática, a empresa fecha esse acordo com os maiores bancos e clientes de instituições menores ficam sem a opção de pagar por débito automático, tendo que recorrer a outros bancos ou a lotéricas.
Com o Pix automático, a empresa não precisará firmar um contrato com cada instituição financeira, bastará fazer um único acordo com um banco que esteja ofertando a modalidade às empresas.
Com um único contrato, a empresa poderá oferecer a possibilidade de pagamento automático via Pix para todas as pessoas que usam o Pix, independente do banco em que elas têm conta.
Outra modalidade do Pix, chamada de Pix agendado recorrente, será obrigatória a partir de outubro de 2024.
O Pix agendado se assemelha a uma transferência e poderá ser utilizado para pagamento entre pessoas físicas, diferente do Pix Automático, que só pode ser feito para pessoas jurídicas, com CNPJs ativos.
O Pix agendado poderá ser usado, por exemplo, para pagar auguel entre pessoas físicas, doações ou mesadas e até serviços recorrentes por pessoas físicas, como os de diarista, terapia, educador físico, etc.
