Após a prisão da advogada, a delegacia passou a receber dezenas de informações sobre o crime. “Esse motorista de aplicativo entrou em contato e disse que estava preocupado porque tinha uma transferência da Amanda para a conta dele um dia antes do crime, porque ela pediu para ele levar uma caixa no hotel em que ela estava hospedada. Ele disse que a caixa era um produto de uma indústria química e farmacêutica”, explicou o delegado responsável pelo caso, Carlos Alfama.
Após o acesso ao documento, o veneno que constava na nota foi testado pela perícia, que confirmou a presença da substância em bolos servidos no café da manhã comprado por Amanda.

Amanda Partata está presa desde o dia 20 de dezembro na Casa do Albergado, suspeita de matar os dois após não aceitar o fim do relacionamento com o filho de Leonardo Pereira Alves, Leonardo Pereira Alves Filho.
