A técnica em patologia, Thaís Nunes de Oliveira, de 30 anos, atingida no pescoço por uma linha com cerol, em Ceilândia, no Distrito Federal, no dia 4 de fevereiro, quando saia do trabalho, morreu nesta terça-feira (12).
Thaís Nunes de Oliveira estava internada em estado grave no Hospital Regional de Ceilândia (HRC).
O assassinato aconteceu quando ela deixava o plantão na Unidades Básica de Saúde (UBS) 2 de Ceilândia. Thaís ia para casa de moto quando foi atingida.
Segundo o marido dela, a morte foi registrada às 4h50 desta terça. A venda e o uso de cerol são proibidos no DF e é crime usar o artefato mortal.
O cerol é uma mistura de cola com vidro moído ou limalha de ferro. Normalmente, ele é usado para cortar a linha da pipa do adversário. Porém, uma linha com cerol pode causar acidente graves, inclusive a morte, caso o corte seja no pescoço.
O comércio do cerol e da linha chilena são fiscalizados pelo Procon. Segundo uma portaria do órgão, a multa mínima pela venda dos produtos é de R$ 2 mil para microempresas, e de R$ 20 mil para empresas maiores.
Esses valores devem ser somados às multas previstas em uma lei do Distrito Federal, que prevê pagamento de até R$ 1 mil em multa.
O uso de cerol na linha de pipa também pode ser punido com base no artigo 132 do Código Penal. O trecho trata do crime de “expor a vida ou a saúde de alguém a perigo direto e iminente”. Neste caso, é preciso que haja denúncia ou flagrante, além da análise química do material usado na pipa.
A linha chilena é ainda mais cortante do que o cerol. Ela é envolvida em uma mistura de óxido de alumínio e quartzo moído.
