Uma mulher foi detida ao levar um idoso morto para tentar sacar um empréstimo de R$ 17 mil em uma agência bancária na zona oeste do Rio de Janeiro, nesta terça-feira (16).
Érika de Souza Vieira Nunes chegou em uma agência do banco Itaú, em Bangu, no Rio de Janeiro, com o corpo do senhor Paulo Roberto em uma cadeira de rodas e alegou que ele estava apenas doente.
Depois de solicitar a retirada do dinheiro, ela falava com o cadáver e pegava a mão dele supostamente para ajudá-lo com a assinatura.
Desconfiados, os funcionários do banco chamaram o atendimento médico. O Samu (Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência) constatou a morte de Paulo Roberto, de 68 anos.
A mulher foi presa em flagrante por tentativa de furto mediante fraude e vilipêndio a cadáver.
Érika de Souza Vieira Nunes queria que ele assinasse a ordem de pagamento de um empréstimo contratado no valor de R$ 17 mil. Veja frases que ela disse enquanto tentava:

- “Tio, você tá sentindo alguma coisa? Ele não diz nada, ele é assim mesmo.”
- “Se você não ficar bem, eu vou te levar para o hospital. Quer ir para o UPA de novo?”
O corpo foi levado para o Instituto Médico-Legal.
A mulher, que teria um grau de parentesco com o idoso, foi encaminhada para prestar depoimento na delegacia. O delegado Fábio Luiz da Silva, responsável pela investigação, disse analisar a conduta da suspeita.
Segundo ele, a mulher pode responder por estelionato ou furto mediante fraude. “O principal é continuar a investigação para identificar mais familiares e saber se ele estava vivo quando o empréstimo foi realizado”, explicou.
Os investigadores da 34ª DP (Bangu) apuram ainda quando a vítima morreu e o motivo do óbito.
Por meio de nota, o banco Itaú afirmou ter acionado o Samu assim que identificou a situação e que colabora com as autoridades para o esclarecimento do caso.
