Daniella Pelaes pediu medida protetiva em março, mas desistiu do direito no último dia 10
Daniella Di Lorena Pelaes de Almeida, 46 anos, foi assassinada pelo ex-companheiro Janilson Quadros de Almeida, 37, na madrugada deste sábado (25), no Jardim Botânico, no Distrito Federal.
Depois de matar Daniella, Janilson tentou tirar a própria vida.
Daniella já havia registrado ocorrências de ameaça e violência doméstica denunciando o ex.
Na denúncia, registrada em 27 de março deste ano, Daniella chegou a relatar aos policiais que o agressor disse que “iria matá-la”.
Na ocasião, a vítima, que possui um filho de 3 anos com Janilson, e outros dois, de 17 e 10, fruto de relacionamento anterior, relatou nunca ter sofrido agressões físicas e verbais antes. Porém, declarou que Janilson se tornou “uma pessoa nervosa e instável”.
Daniella informou que, em fevereiro, foi acordada numa madrugada pelo agressor, que havia acabado de chegar em casa. Segundo Daniella, Janilson a ameaçou ao dizer que “se ele descobrisse algo dela, que ela o estava traindo, iria matá-la”.
Em outro episódio de agressão, a mulher denunciou que estava em seu local de trabalho quando recebeu uma ligação de Janilson dizendo que “agora vou acabar com tudo. Vou matar nosso filho e vou me matar depois”.
Após o registro, foi instaurada medida protetiva que proibia o agressor de se aproximar da vítima, de seus familiares e testemunhas por qualquer meio de comunicação e a proibição de frequentar determinados lugares.
Em 10 de maio, contudo, a vítima entrou com pedido de revogação da medida protetiva, que foi deferido pela Justiça.
Daniella morava no Condomínio Amobb, no Jardim Botânico, onde foi assassinada por Janilson Quadros. Beth também tinha uma casa no residencial e estava na capital do país para participar da 25ª Marcha a Brasília em Defesa dos Municípios. Em uma postagem no Instagram, ela lamentou o feminicídio da irmã.
“Nossa família se despede de forma precoce, diante de uma dor imensurável. Ela [Daniella] desempenhava efetivo exercício em Brasília há pouco mais de um ano”, escreveu a prefeita. “Dani, minha irmã amada, descanse em paz, como a mulher, irmã, filha e mãe zelosa – e de personalidade forte e sorriso largo que sempre lhe acompanharam.”
Em uma nota de “profundo pesar”, o vice-governador do Amapá, Teles Jr. (PDT), lamentou a morte da vítima. “Em nome da matriarca da família, Socorro Pelaes, solidarizo-me com todos que estão vivendo essa perda. Peço a Deus que traga conforto aos corações dos familiares e amigos [de Daniella] durante esse momento tão difícil. Que possam encontrar consolo na fé e na esperança”, completou.
O senador do Amapá Davi Alcolumbre (União Brasil) também lamentou a morte de Daniella. Segundo o político, os dois eram amigos desde a adolescência. “Daniella conviveu conosco desde a adolescência, sempre alegre, sorridente, carinhosa. A dor de perder uma amiga é a que sinto hoje e minha dor fica ainda maior pela forma como partiu”, lamenou o senador nas redes sociais.
Daniella tinha um cargo comissionado na Gerência de Operações da Telebras desde março de 2023. Ela e Janilson se conheceram quando ele atuava como motorista particular da vítima, à época em que ela ainda trabalhava na Prefeitura de Pedra Branca do Amapari. Os dois se casaram há, aproximadamente, quatro anos, e moravam juntos no Distrito Federal havia cerca de dois anos; porém, segundo a Polícia Militar (PMDF), separaram-se.
Entre as 5h e as 7h deste sábado (25), Janilson atacou Daniella com facadas no tórax e, na sequência, tentou tirar a própria vida. Ela não resistiu, e ele foi levado pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) para o Hospital de Base (HBDF), em estado grave, mas passa bem e não corre risco de morte. O suspeito se encontra sob escolta policial.
