Uma viagem de ônibus de São Sebastião ao Plano Piloto pode levar, nas horas de maior pico de tráfego até 3 horas.
Os ônibus enfrentam a lentidão, juntamente com os veículos que trafegam nas rodovias que ligam a Região Administrativa ao Plano Piloto.

Com um sistema de transporte coletivo mais eficiente, a previsão é de que mais pessoas utilizem os serviços e o fluxo de carros que se dirigem ao Plano Piloto, pode reduzir.
“Eu quero fazer um pedido ao governador Ibaneis Rocha, ao presidente do DER, o Fausi, que possa autorizar, que tire do papel a questão da faixa exclusiva para São Sebastião. Você vai no Gama, Santa Maria, Taguatinga e tem a faixa exclusiva. Porque São Sebastião é diferente? ” questionou Rogério Morro da Cruz.
O parlamentar lembrou que tem espaço para a criação da faixa exclusiva. “É simples, é só pintar a faixa e colocar as placas… porque não é justo esses moradores estarem ali sofrendo, duas duas horas e meia esperando o ônibus”, disse Rogério Morro da Cruz.
