Ataque a ônibus da torcida do Cruzeiro na Grande SP, deixou um morto e 17 feridos gravemente
A Justiça de São Paulo atendeu aos pedidos da Polícia Civil e do Ministério Público (MP) e decretou nesta quarta-feira (30) as prisões temporárias, por 30 dias, de seis palmeirenses da torcida organizada Mancha Alviverde.
Há também, mandados de busca e apreensão contra os envolvidos. Um dos endereços é a sede da torcida organizada palmeirense.
São procurados:
- Jorge Luiz Sampaio Santos, presidente da Mancha Alviverde;
- Felipe Mattos dos Santos, o “Fezinho”, vice-presidente da Mancha Alviverde;
- Leandro Gomes dos Santos, o “Leandrinho”;
- Henrique Moreira Lelis;
- Aurélio Andrade de Lima;
- e Neilo Ferreira e Silva, o “Lagartixa”, professor de artes marciais.
Os torcedores do Palmeiras são investigados por participarem do ataque aos ônibus dos torcedores cruzeirenses da Máfia Azul, no domingo (27).
O ataque aconteceu na Grande São Paulo, na Rodovia Fernão Dias, em Mairiporã, quando os cruzeirenses voltavam de um jogo no Paraná.
Um torcedor do Cruzeiro morreu e outros 17 cruzeirenses ficaram feridos após uma emboscada.
A Polícia acredita que o crime foi planejado e cometido por parte da torcida do Palmeiras.
Dois ônibus que levavam torcedores da Máfia Azul para Minas Gerais foram destruídos, sendo que um foi incendiado e outro foi depredado.
As autoridades estão analisando imagens que circulam na internet e filmagens de câmeras de segurança para identificar mais autores do ataque a ônibus dos torcedores da Máfia Azul.
O caso foi registrado incialmente na Delegacia de Mairiporã como homicídio, incêndio, associação criminosa, lesão corporal e tumulto com violência — este no âmbito da Lei Geral do Esporte.
A investigação agora passou a ser feita pela Drade, em São Paulo.
