União Brasil assumirá empresa com um presente bilionário no cofre, depois de pedido de demissão de Fabiano Silva

Parece milagre, mas o santo é facilmente identificável. Pressionado pelo Centrão, o governo do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva disse (PT) deve entregar o comando dos Correios para o grupo político do presidente do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre (União-PA).
A crise na Estatal levou o atual presidente dos Correios, Fabiano Silva dos Santos entregar uma carta de demissão na sexta-feira (4). O advogado do grupo Prerrogativas, de extrema esquerda, estava no comando da estatal desde o início do governo Lula, em 2023, e tinha mandato até agosto.
Fabiano pediu demissão após sofrer forte pressão da Casa Civil para demitir funcionários e vender parte do patrimônio dos Correios, conforme revelou o BSB Revista. O executivo, porém, resistia a tais medidas.
O santo no caso, é a busca por apoio no Congresso Nacional com um afago bilionário ao seu presidente senador.
O grupo de Alcolumbre assumirá a empresa com um “presentão” no cofre: um empréstimo de R$ 3,8 bilhões do Banco dos Brics. Nada mal quando sabemos como essas verbas são usadas.
Comandando por Dilma Rousseff, o banco está em estágio avançado para liberar os recursos. O montante poderá ser um alívio para os Correios, que fechou 2024 com um prejuízo recorde de R$ 2,6 bilhões, mas tudo depende da fome dos políticosque ficarãocom as chaves do cofre.

Mas ao que parece, a prioridade pode ser outra. Batizado de “plano de modernização e transformação ecológica”, o financiamento deve ser usado para investimento em energias renováveis, redução de resíduos sólidos e construção de centros de operação sustentáveis.
Os credores dos Correios e seus parceiros comerciais esperam que haja bom senso na equalização do uso dos recursos que virão do Brics, para não afundar ainda mais a empresa e os chineses entrarem como rolo compressor na distribuição de encomendas e correspondências no Brasil.
A estatal fica sob a alçada do Ministério das Comunicações, que é comandado pelo União. A sigla sempre se queixou de não indicar o presidente dos Correios, mas, nos últimos meses, fez um movimento de se afastar do governo.
Alcolumbre, que organiza as indicações do União para cargos no governo, já tem o aliado Hilton Rogério Maia Cardoso no comando da Diretoria de Negócios dos Correios. Às vésperas da instalação da CPI do INSS e diante da infidelidade da base no Congresso, o passe do presidente do Senado aumentou. Agora resta saber quem o União irá indicar como novo presidente da estatal.
