O deputado destinou emenda parlamentar de R$ 5 milhões para uma fundação sediada em Maceió

O deputado federal Fred Linhares (Republicanos–DF) empenhou R$ 5 milhões de emenda parlamentar para a Fundação de Apoio ao Ensino, Extensão e Pesquisa de Alagoas (Fepesa), localizada em Maceió, a quase 2 mil quilômetros de quem o elegeu.
A justificativa oficial é de que “o projeto será executado integralmente em Brasília”, mas não explica, entretanto, a escolha de uma instituição registrada fora do Distrito Federal para receber recursos públicos destinados prioritariamente ao combate a endemias em solo brasiliense.
Apresentador da Record e político, Fred Linhares acumula os dois trabalhos desde que foi eleito deputado pela primeira vez em 2022, no Distrito Federal.
Ele deveria estar na Câmara dos Deputados durante as sessões que acontecem entre às 9h e 18h, mas aparece ao vivo na tela da TV criticando ladrões de galinha em um programa sensacionalista, entre às 11:50 e às 14h todos os dias.
Linhares não disse uma palavra sobre seus colegas deputados federais e ele própro que destinaram R$26 milhões para uma outra ONG, também, veja só, em Alagoas. Diga-se de passagem ONG investigada por desviar recursos públicos de emendas!
Daquela vez, o governo bloqueou o repasse e frustrou linhares e toda bancada do DF que assinaram a autoria como sendo emenda de bancada. Mas só bloqueou porque a imprensa séria, descobriu e denunciou.
Embora seja da capital do país, Fred Linhares indicou a emenda milionária desta vez para uma entidade que fica a quase 2 mil quilômetros do DF, tal qual a anterior de bancada.
A beneficiada com a emenda de R$ 5 milhões de Fred Linhares desta vez, é a Fundação de Apoio ao Ensino, Extensão e Pesquisa de Alagoas (Fepesa), entidade de direito privado sem fins lucrativos.
Linhares disse que “o projeto será executado integralmente em Brasília, com foco no controle, erradicação e combate à dengue”. A Fepesa é interessante. Tem diversos contratos com órgãos públicos, mas segundo A Econodata, site especializado em busca de situações empresariais, não tem sequer um funcionário.
