Itapoã Parque ganhou mais 704 moradias neste sábado. Antes de entregar as chaves aos moradores, governador prometeu ainda mais melhorias
O governador do Distrito Federal Ibaneis Rocha (MDB) e a vice-governadoraCelina Leão (PP), entregaram neste sábado (9), mais 704 apartamentos a famílias no Itapoã Parque.
Ibaneis antecipou mais benefícios à região.
A dntrega de hoje representa moradia para cerca de 2,8 mil pessoas. Vencida mais essa etapa, o Itapoã Parque chega a 6.912 apartamentos liberados de um total de 12.112 que formam o maior complexo habitacional do Distrito Federal.
“É o maior condomínio que está sendo construído no país. É um bairro que vem com uma filosofia bastante diferenciada, que é a filosofia que eu tenho trazido para todos esses empreendimentos. Aqui, nós já temos escola funcionando, já temos Cras [Centro de Referência de Assistência Social] funcionando e vamos lançar agora, também, creche e UBS [Unidade Básica de Saúde]; temos mais uma escola que está em construção e deve ficar pronta até o final deste ano”, afirma o governador.
Durante o evento, Ibaneis Rocha determinou a duplicação da via que liga o Itapoã Parque ao viaduto do Itapoã/Paranoá, até o balão da Rota do Cavalo, com cerca de 3,5 km de extensão. O investimento será de aproximadamente R$ 7 milhões e a obra será conduzida pelo Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem do Distrito Federal (DER-DF).
As unidades são destinadas a pessoas com renda entre R$ 1.800,01 e 12 salários mínimos.
Ao todo, o empreendimento terá 76 condomínios com apartamentos de dois e três quartos, onde já vivem 24,8 mil pessoas nas unidades entregues. Quando estiver totalmente concluído, o complexo abrigará cerca de 50 mil moradores.

Ao mencionar que 52% das mulheres do DF são mães solo, Celina ressaltou a presença feminina da região do Itapoã e Paranoá. Para ela, a entrega de moradias como a do Itapoã Parque da dignidade a essas famílias. “É muito difícil criar filhos sem apoio de absolutamente ninguém”, afirmou.
