A Polícia Federal identificou indícios de um repasse de R$ 1,12 milhão à advogada Catarina Buzzi, filha do ministro Marco Buzzi, do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ).
O dado consta em relatório parcial anexado ao inquérito que apura um suposto esquema de venda de sentenças na Corte e que tramita sob sigilo no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), sob relatoria do ministro Cristiano Zanin.
A origem da investigação
O caso teve início após o assassinato do advogado Roberto Zampieri, em dezembro de 2023, em Cuiabá (MT). O celular da vítima deu origem à investigação federal, que revelou mensagens e fotos sobre transações financeiras suspeitas envolvendo o lobista Andreson de Oliveira Gonçalves, pivô do caso, e empresários ligados ao agronegócio.
A PF identificou na galeria do celular de Andreson uma foto de conversa em que um indivíduo, identificado como Carlos Chaves, afirma ter transferido R$ 1.120.000,00 para contas da advogada Catarina Buzzi. Na mensagem, Chaves cobra a devolução do valor alegando quebra de acordo:
“Dra eu transferi para a sua conta e da KATARINA [sic] Buzzi R$ 1.120.000,00… Peço de imediato a restituição dos meus valores”.
Junto à mensagem, foi encontrado comprovante de uma transferência de R$ 500 mil, classificada como “pagamento de honorários”. A PF considera a imagem um indício de triangulação de recursos ligados a decisões judiciais.
Os personagens e ligações empresariais
As investigações envolvem a empresa Fource Consultoria e Participações, sediada em Cuiabá (MT) e dirigida por Haroldo Augusto Filho e Valdoir Slapak. Segundo o relatório da PF, o grupo teria montado um esquema de influência em gabinetes do STJ e do Tribunal de Justiça do Mato Grosso, articulando com lobistas e advogados próximos ao meio judicial.
O relatório cita que Haroldo Filho, sócio da Fource, “mantinha relação pessoal e proximidade” com Catarina Buzzi. Há registro de mensagens entre ambos e o advogado Zampieri, em que Haroldo se apresenta como “amigo da mãe e da filha” do ministro Marco Buzzi, ao comentar a possibilidade de organizar um jantar com o magistrado em Brasília.
O imóvel e o escritório de Catarina Buzzi
O escritório de advocacia de Catarina Buzzi, localizado em Brasília, funciona em uma sala comercial pertencente à Fource Consultoria, segundo apuração da PF. Os investigadores suspeitam que o imóvel possa ter sido usado para facilitar intermediação de contatos e contratos advocatícios envolvendo decisões no STJ.
De forma paralela, uma ação civil movida pela construtora Indústria de Mineração e Construção Brasil, em Brasília, cobra da advogada R$ 1,1 milhão pagos por uma consultoria não prestada, datada de novembro de 2022. Segundo a empresa, R$ 220 mil teriam sido entregues em dinheiro vivo no escritório de Catarina, e o restante transferido para contas bancárias de pessoas ligadas a ela.
O processo tramita na 6ª Vara Cível de Brasília e inclui mensagens atribuídas à advogada, nas quais ela confirma o recebimento de valores e combina novos depósitos. A construtora afirma que, à época, Catarina ainda não possuía registro na OAB, configurando possível exercício ilegal da advocacia.
A posição de defesa
Em nota enviada à imprensa, o advogado de defesa de Catarina Buzzi, João Pedro de Mello Souza, afirmou que sua cliente “não fez nenhuma transação, promessa ou serviço e nem recebeu qualquer valor dos personagens mencionados”, destacando que não é investigada formalmente pelo STF. O ministro Marco Buzzi, por sua vez, declarou que não acompanha as relações comerciais da filha e que nenhuma das pessoas ou empresas citadas possui processos sob sua relatoria no STJ.
Situação processual
Até o momento, Catarina Buzzi não é formalmente investigada, mas a Polícia Federal pediu ao ministro Cristiano Zanin autorização para aprofundar as apurações sobre possível envolvimento da advogada no esquema de venda de decisões judiciais.
