Prisão expedida pelo STF ocorre no âmbito da segunda fase da operação Carne e Unha
A PF (Polícia Federal) prendeu na manhã desta terça-feira (16), no Rio de Janeiro, o desembargador Macário Judice Neto, que relata o caso TH Joias no TRF 2. O caso deu origem a outras investigações e a prisão do então presidente da Alerj, Rodrigo Bacellar, no início do mês.
A Operação Unha e Carne 2 investiga o vazamento de informações sigilosas que favorecem o Comando Vermelho. Desta vez, um dos alvos é o desembargador.
A suspeita é que ele vazou a realização da operação contra TH Joias. Seu nome surgiu na investigação em torno de agentes públicos, pela PF, no vazamento de informações sigilosas provocou a obstrução de outra investigação, realizada no âmbito da Operação Zargun, deflagrada em setembro.
O deputado estadual licenciado Rodrigo Bacellar (União Brasil), ex-presidente da Assembleia Legislativa do Rio de Janeiro (Alerj), é novamente alvo de buscas nesta terça. Preso na primeira fase da Unha e Carne, ele foi solto pelo plenário da Alerj e ficou livre da cadeia, mediante uso de tornozeleira eletrônica.
Os policiais cumpriram um mandado de prisão e 10 de busca e apreensão, expedidos pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). Também há buscas no Espírito Santo.
