Representação cita suposta atuação do ministro junto ao Banco Central em favor de instituição financeira que teria contrato com sua esposa
O vice-líder do PL, deputado Sanderson (PL) protocolou uma representação junto ao Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) solicitando a apuração de condutas do ministro Alexandre de Moraes (STF). O documento, endereçado ao Corregedor-Geral de Justiça, Mauro Campbell Marques, baseia-se em reportagens sobre supostas interações do magistrado com o presidente do Banco Central, Gabriel Galípolo.
Segundo o deputado, Moraes teria mantido contatos telefônicos e ao menos um encontro presencial com Galípolo para tratar da venda do Banco Master ao Banco de Brasília (BRB), operação que dependia de aval regulador.
O parlamentar cita que técnicos do Banco Central perceberam as interações como “atípicas e incomuns”, o que levou a cúpula da autarquia a documentar formalmente todas as comunicações para resguardar sua autonomia técnica.
O texto aponta ainda que o escritório Barci de Moraes Associados, pertencente à esposa do ministro, mantinha contrato de prestação de serviços com o Banco Master. O deputado alega a possibilidade de “atuação informal”, uma vez que o Banco Central e o Cade (Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica) informaram não ter recebido petições formais ou pedidos de audiência protocolados pelo referido escritório.
As tentativas de Moraes foram divulgadas pela repórter Malú Gaspar de O Globo.
