Goleiro Bruno teve a liberdade condicional revogada após descumprir medidas
O Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ) revogou, nesta sexta-feira (6), a liberdade condicional do goleiro Bruno após descumprimento de regras da liberdade condicional.
“Acolho o parecer ministerial e REVOGO o livramento condicional concedido ao apenado na forma da primeira parte do artigo 87 do Código Penal. Expeça-se mandado de prisão, no regime semiaberto, com validade de 16 (dezesseis) anos”, diz trecho da decisão.
O goleiro foi condenado a uma pena de 22 anos e 3 meses de prisão pelo assassinato de Eliza Samudio. Eliza foi morta, esquartejada e suas partes jogada para cachorros da raça rottvailer, de acordo com declarações do goleiro no julgamento no Tribunal de Justiça de Minas Gerais, em 2013.
Ele se apresentou por último ao Conselho em fevereiro de 2026 e seguia em liberdade condicional, jogando no Poços de Caldas FC (MG, suspenso pelo TJD-MG.
