Criança está com o Conselho Tutelar em São Paulo e havia sido vista pela última vez na Grande Florianópolis, no dia 30 de abril
Segundo a Polícia Militar de Santa Catarina informou, o menino de apenas 2 anos que era considerado desaparecido foi encontrado nesta segunda-feira (8) dentro de um veículo na cidade de São Paulo (SP). A criança está sob custódia do Conselho Tutelar paulista.
Segundo o comandante-geral da Polícia Militar de Santa Catarina, coronel Aurélio José Pelozato da Rosa, um veículo suspeito passou a ser rastreado nesta segunda-feira.
Foram presos Marcelo Valverde e Roberta Porfírio que estavam com a criança no carro. O delegado Manoel Galeno, de Santa Catarina, informou que os dois foram detidos e aguardam depoimento. Eles devem ser ouvidos na manhã de terça.
“Foi localizado esse veículo em São Paulo no dia de hoje [segunda], e fizemos contato com a Polícia Militar de São Paulo, para que eles fizessem a abordagem. Foi encontrada a criança ainda no veículo, e resgatada”, informou.
A polícia estava monitorando o casal. Quando a mulher saiu de casa e entrou no carro onde estava o homem, os agentes passaram a acompanhá-la até a abordagem.
Quando foi abordada, a mulher apresentou um documento e disse que era a Certidão de Nascimento da criança. Ela também falou que a mãe do menino o teria doado e que os dois estariam indo ao Fórum para regularizar a situação.
O artigo 242 do Código Penal descreve como crime o ato de registrar o filho de outra pessoa como próprio. A pena prevista é de 2 a 6 anos de reclusão.
A PM informou que os trâmites necessários para que o menino retorne para Santa Catarina estão sendo realizados em conjunto com a Polícia Civil. A viagem para buscar a criança deve acontecer na terça-feira (9). Não foi informado se a família da criança virá buscá-la. A mãe de Nicolas está internada em uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI). O motivo da internação não foi divulgado.
