Carro guiado por terrorista atropelou pessoas no centro da cidade, em Israel depois de ataque na Cisjordânia matar dez pessoas
Um palestino jogou um carro e atropelou e feriu oito pessoas nesta terça-feira (4) em Tel Aviv, em Israel, segundo a polícia da cidade.
Um porta-voz da polícia disse que o ataque foi cometido por um homem da Cisjordânia, que foi morto no local por um pedestre que estava armado.
O Hamas afirmou que o autor do ataque é um membro do grupo terrorista, e que agiu em retaliação “ao crime de ocupação contra nosso povo no campo (de refugiados) de Jenin“.
O atentado em Tel Aviv acontece um dia depois de tropas de Israel fazerem a maior operação em 20 anos na Cisjordânia. Milhares de soldados entraram no campo de refugiados local, na cidade de Jenin, em busca, segundo Tel Aviv, de membros de facções criminosas palestinas financiadas pelo Irã. Dez pessoas morreram.
O ataque faz parte de uma nova escalada de violência no Oriente Médio. Recentemente, o governo de Israel afirmou que membros de facções terroristas palestinas fizeram uma série de ataques a colonos judeus em assentamentos na Cisjordânia.
A Cisjordânia é um território reivindicado tanto por israelenses quanto por palestinos, que querem construir ali e na Faixa de Gaza um Estado independente.

A ação foi a maior de Israel na Cisjordânia dos últimos 20 anos, com dez mortos, ataques aéreos com drones e forte efetivo policial por terra.
Já o atentado em Tel Aviv desta terça é uma retaliação a essa operação, segundo o grupo terrorista Hamas.
