O juiz Luis Felipe Ferrari Bedendi, da 1ª Vara Empresarial de São Paulo, determinou buscas no apartamento do genro e da filha do deputado, para penhorar bens equivalentes a cerca de R$ 45 mil.
A medida é decorrente de um processo que tramita na Justiça paulista sobre suposto esquema de pirâmide. Em abril, o procurador-geral de Justiça, Mario Sarrubbo, determinou o encaminhamento do caso para a 6ª Promotoria de Justiça Criminal da Capital, onde as investigações prosseguem.
A empresa que Bruno e Luara possuíam, a NQZ Participações e Investimentos, é alvo de mais de 100 ações de ressarcimento ou de execução de penhoras no Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo (TJSP), movidas por pessoas que teriam investido no suposto esquema.
O requerente da dívida é um engenheiro mecânico que, em agosto de 2018, investiu R$ 10 mil na NQZ, que oferecia participações em franquias de lojas de doces, clínicas médicas e outros negócios, com a promessa de rendimentos de 1% ao mês.

A decisão da Justiça em mandar um oficial até a casa da filha e do genro de Russomanno se deu após o escritório Dohmen&Matta Advogados, que representa o engenheiro e obteve a decisão favorável, levantar seis empresas em nome do casal de sócios.
Em todas as tentativas de bloqueio de valores nas contas bancárias das empresas, a coleta do dinheiro não foi possível porque não havia saldo disponível.
Os advogados do escritório, agora, aguardam a execução da sentença, que ainda não tem data para ocorrer.
O advogado Arthur Rollo, que defende Bruno, Luara e a NQZ, afirma que o casal, de fato, tem dívidas com investidores da empresa, mas diz que há decisões na Justiça que rejeitam a tese de pirâmide financeira.
